My first purchase from By The Pines, but can safely say will not be my last! From the minute I unboxed my candle I knew I was going to be impressed. The effort that is put into their packaging and presentation speaks volumes about the owners of this small business and how they want to create an amazing experience for their customers. Even including a candle care card to get the best out of your product, as well as a hand written thank you card! Now the product itself was beautiful and smells amazing both unlit and when lit! Not to mention the small mason jar which could easily be reused for something else afterwards. Very impressed and will definitely try more of their products in the future! Thanks again x

I cannot fault this candle if I tried. The clean burn, the lovely packaging but most importantly that lovely buttery scent, oh my god! I have not stopped getting compliments from my family as I light it anytime we have company 😍 don’t worry, will be back for candle number 5 soon!!!

It is my first time purchasing from this small business. I am always on the look out for small businesses to try and this one caught my eye straight away. I ordered 3 candles, Coffee Mocha, Warming Apple Pie & Cinnamon Buns. All came beautifully packaged and smell wonderful. I haven't burnt any yet, as I am keeping them for the autumn/winter months, so I cannot comment on burn time etc but I am hoping they last well.

I do love a nice candle but these candles are by far the best I’ve had. It burns so clean, the smell is divine but not overpowering. I imagine I’ll keep buying and try them all!

I found out about this independent candle company on instagram and was immediately drawn in by the candle scents on offer. I ordered some candles from the farmhouse garden cafe collection and quickly ordered some from their autumn collection too. These candles are of the best quality and I have loved every single one I have purchased. They are always beautifully packaged upon arrival too. I cannot recommend these candles enough and I am so excited to see what candles will be released at Christmas! I don’t feel the need to purchase candles from anywhere else
