We offer full refunds for candles and wax melts that arrive damaged or with manufacturing defects.

Incorrect Items:
If you receive the wrong candle or wax melt, we will provide a full refund or send the correct item at no additional cost.

Change of Mind:
Refunds for change of mind are accepted on unused and undamaged candles in their original packaging.
Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Custom made orders are not refundable.

Include clear photos of any damage or defects.
We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
