At By the Pines, we believe that a home shouldn't just be a place, but a feeling. Our story began with a simple desire: to capture the fleeting magic of the seasons-the scent of a rain-drenched forest, the warmth of a morning in the kitchen, and the restorative stillness of a garden in bloom-and bring it indoors.

What started as a personal passion for authentic fragrance has grown into a dedicated candle studio. It is here, amongst the glass jars and fragrance oils, that we carefully craft every batch by hand. We’ve traded the kitchen table for a professional creative space, but our heart remains exactly the same: rooted in the slow charm of the countryside.

Our Craft & Our Promise
We believe that what you breathe in should be as pure as the nature that inspires it. That’s why every candle and wax melt we pour is crafted from 100% eco soy wax and vegan-friendly ingredients. We use only the highest quality fragrance and pure essential oils(for our Botanical Apothecary collection), ensuring a clean, evocative burn with no "nasties."

As proud pet parents ourselves, we’ve made sure our studio is a place of kindness. We go the extra mile to ensure our scents are pet-friendly, so your furry companions can enjoy the atmosphere of a cosy home just as much as you do.

Moving into our own candle studio was a milestone we dreamt of for years. It’s a space where we can truly focus on the art of scent-layering,from the nostalgic, paper-filled notes of Library Nook to the crisp, herbal clarity of our Botanical Apothecary range.

But the most rewarding part of this journey has been you. Building a community of fellow candle lovers who value slow living and seasonal rituals is what keeps our studio lights burning late into the evening. Seeing our landscapes and kitchen scents become a part of your daily sanctuary is the greatest honour we could ask for.
